【Working parameters】The working voltage is 30-150V, and the maximum working current is 300A. It uses N-channel MOSFETs instead of diodes to reduce power consumption. Use super powerful current low ESR MOS tube, 300A, 1.5 milliohms.

Characteristics of Ideal Diodes
(1) Threshold Voltage
An ideal diode has no threshold voltage. Once any forward voltage is applied to the diode, it will immediately conduct current between its junctions.
(2) Forward Current
An ideal diode includes infinite forward current when any forward voltage is applied to the terminals. This is due to ideal conditions, the internal resistance of the diode will be zero. An ideal diode has no internal resistance at all. Due to the current (Ohm's law I = V / R), an infinite amount of current will be carried and supplied to the circuit with the ideal diode.
(3) Breakdown Voltage
An ideal diode has no breakdown voltage. This is because, the diode has unlimited reverse voltage resistance. When voltage is applied in the reverse direction, it will not produce any current at all.
(4) Reverse (leakage) Current
Since an ideal diode does not include a breakdown terminal, it never carries any reverse current called leakage current. When voltage is applied in the reverse direction, it is an ideal insulator.
