The Enerkey EK-iD150V80A ideal diode utilizes third-generation semiconductor materials, achieving breakthrough performance of 150V withstand voltage and 80A continuous current, with a forward voltage drop as low as 15mV at 80A. Through intelligent gate control technology, it perfectly emulates the ideal diode characteristics of "zero-loss conduction and instantaneous turn-off," reducing conduction losses by 98% compared to traditional Schottky diodes.

Working principle	The input and output are equivalent to diodes. It detects that the output voltage is greater than the input and immediately turns off the output. The detection value is at the millivolt level and the response speed is very fast.

Special Note:
1. This version is the latest optimized version. The module will not be burned if the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, which improves the safety of installation;

2. The ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of ordinary diodes is more than 0.6V. The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum substrate PCB traces are insulated with a withstand voltage of 1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems. The thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber, and can be directly attached to the large heat sink.
4. This ideal diode module cannot be used in rectifier circuits!
5. The waterproof potting module has a thickened radiator, which has higher heat dissipation efficiency and lower continuous current heating. It is suitable for modification enthusiasts!
