The 100AH capacity battery pack can reach less than 1MV after being fully charged and balanced. The smaller the capacity, the better the effect.

 

This active equalizer is a transformer push-pull rectification feedback type. The equalizing current is not a fixed size, the range is 1A-8A. The size of the voltage difference determines the size of the equalizing current.

There is no requirement for voltage difference and no external power supply to start, and the balance will start after the line is connected. During the equalization process, all cells are balanced synchronously,

regardless of whether the cells with differential voltage are adjacent or not. Compared with common 8A equalization board, the speed of this transformer balancer is increased by 8 times.

Indicator Light Definition

Wiring Diagram

The use of battery power or DC adapter power supply, its wiring method is the same, only the following two differences:
1 Battery power supply support 4S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±3mV;
2 DC adapter power supply support 2S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±1mV. The following figure shows how to install and connect the 24S battery pack:

EK-24S10EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The following uses the 36S as an example to describe how to install and connect cables:

1.When used in cascade, there is at least one "energy exchange commonend" between every two equalizers. When welding, please note whetherthe connection here is correct.

2.During cascading use, please check whether the wiring is wrongrepeatedly.lf it cannot be used after connection, please contactafter-sales personnel to consult the corresponding cascade diagram.
