Principles Behind the Ideal Diode Model
Working principles of an ideal diode are based on the basic behavior of P-N junctions and semiconductor materials.
When a positive voltage is applied to a P-N junction (forward bias), the majority charge carriers in the N-type and P-type semiconductors are pushed towards the junction, reducing the depletion region and allowing current to flow.
Contrarily, when a negative voltage is applied (reverse bias), the majority charge carriers are pulled away from the junction, increasing the depletion region and preventing any current flow.

2. The ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of ordinary diodes is more than 0.6V. The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum substrate PCB traces are insulated with a withstand voltage of 1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems.
The thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber, and can be directly attached to the large heat sink.
