Product Description

Features:

1. Positive high voltage ideal diode controller.This provides a lower loss path than schottky diodes and provides a more efficient solution for high-power applications, saving valuable circuit board space by reducing the need for cooling.

2. Principle of ideal diode:

The input and output are equivalent to diodes.When the output voltage is detected to be higher than the input, the output is immediately shut down. The detection value is millivolt level, and the response speed is very fast.

Purpose: to replace ordinary large current diode, ideal choice of parallel solar panels, parallel use of batteries of different capacity, and double power installation

 

Performance introduction:

Allowable working voltage range: 30-100V/150V/200v

Static operating current: 0.6-1.5 mA, negligible for the whole system.

 

1. This version is an improved version, and it will not burn the module even if the anode and cathode are connected backwards! Greatly improved installation safety performance!

2. Ideal diode refers to the diode with ultra-low internal resistance as its name implies. The conducting pressure drop of ordinary diode is more than 0.6v, while the conducting pressure drop of ideal diode is almost negligible.

3. Ideal diode cannot be used for rectification circuit!

1. This version is the latest optimized version. The module will not be burned if the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, which improves the safety of installation;

2. The ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of ordinary diodes is more than 0.6V. The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum substrate PCB traces are insulated with a withstand voltage of 1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems.

The thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber, and can be directly attached to the large heat sink.
