Product Description

3S-8S 4A Bidirectional DC-DC Smart Active Balancer Li-ion/Lifepo4/Lto/SIB Intelligent Battery Equalizer BMS with Bluetooth connect APP and CAN Communication Port

It features a voltage acquisition range of 1.5V to 4.5V with an accuracy of ±1mV. It is compatible with mainstream battery chemistries, including Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NMC), Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4), Lithium Titanate (LTO), and Sodium-ion batteries.

The system supports 3-8 series-connected cells and allows for power-on in any sequence.

Application: Cars, electric vehicles, Electric tricycle, Solar energy storage, Outdoor power storage, Etc.

Comprehensively enhance battery pack performance and lifespan

• Delaying capacity degradation: By consistently maintaining uniformity among individual battery cells, the system prevents specific cells from remaining in a state of overcharge or overdischarge for extended periods, thereby significantly slowing the rate of capacity loss for the entire battery pack.

• Increasing usable capacity: This ensures that the capacity of every cell is fully utilized, thereby enhancing the actual energy available from the battery pack. For instance, through effective balancing, a 100 kWh battery pack might be able to deliver an additional 5–10 kWh of energy compared to one that is not balanced.

• Extending cycle life: Uniformity is the key to the longevity of a battery pack. This technology can extend the cycle life of a battery pack by 20%–50% or even more.

15S Cascade Wiring Diagram

When used in a cascaded configuration, there must be at least one battery cell between every two equalizers to serve as a common point for energy exchange. Installation and wiring method:
Take 15S as an example below, the installation and wiring method is as follows:

Wiring Precautions:

1. Installing a balancing board requires a certain level of technical knowledge in electronics.

2. When wiring, first solder the terminal connectors (with wires) to the battery pack, then plug them into the balancer.

When inserting the terminal connectors, ensure the "B-" terminal is connected first; insert the connector on the "B-" side initially.

Follow a sequence of connecting from the smallest (lowest voltage/index) to the largest (highest voltage/index).
