Product Description

On the basis of basic protection board functions such as overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and short-circuit protection, balance functions, reset functions, electrostatic protection, dust protection, and moisture protection are added.
When light strikes the solar panel, it gets absorbed by the semiconductor material. This light energy frees electrons in the material, creating a flow of charge. A PN junction (a form of a diode) within the cell facilitates unidirectional flow of these free charges, producing Direct Current.

 

The function of the BMS is mainly to protect the cells of lithium batteries, maintain safety and stability during battery charging and discharging, and play an important role in the performance of the entire battery circuit system.

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.

4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
