Enerkey - Active SMART Balancer 24S

Intelligent management of energy transfer between battery cells and protection against premature damage. The Enerkey balancer communicates via CAN, or Bluetooth. Use it to enhance the performance and stability of the cells. Suitable for lithium batteries LiFePO4.

 

To communicate via Bluetooth, download the ENERKEY BMS app for Android, or the SMART BMS app from the Apple Store, or PC software.

 

Balancing current: 1~8A. Suitable for 2-24s LiFePO4 batteries. Compatible with other BMS brands. The Enerkey active balancer is applied in energy storage systems using lithium batteries, such as e-bikes, electromobility, outdoor and indoor energy storage.

 

The active balancer is a complement to the BMS. It does not replace it in any way.

 

Nevertheless, the Enerkey balancer can be used as a separate device, e.g. for the initial alignment of targets. The presence of a BMS is not required for its operation.

Wiring Diagram

The use of battery power or DC adapter power supply, its wiring method is the same, only the following two differences:
1 Battery power supply support 4S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±3mV;
2 DC adapter power supply support 2S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±1mV. The following figure shows how to install and connect the 24S battery pack:

EK-24S10EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The following uses the 36S as an example to describe how to install and connect cables:

Notice:
1.When used in cascade, there is at least one "energy exchange commonend" between every two equalizers. When welding, please note whetherthe connection here is correct.

2.During cascading use, please check whether the wiring is wrongrepeatedly.lf it cannot be used after connection, please contactafter-sales personnel to consult the corresponding cascade diagram.
