The Intelligent Active Balancer is a balance management system tailored for large capacity series battery packs.

This equalizer uses supercapacitors as the medium to achieve active energy transfer equalization.

 

This equalizer is suitable for battery packs of 2-24 strings and has voltage acquisition and equalization functions. When the equalizer is working, it transfers energy with a continuous 10A equalizing current,

which does not depend on the voltage difference of the series connected battery cells in the battery pack. The voltage collection range is 1.5V~4.5V, with an accuracy of 1mV. Suitable for mainstream ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium titanate batteries on the market.

 

This equalizer has Bluetooth communication function and is equipped with a mobile app software. You can use Bluetooth to connect to the equalizer to view individual battery voltage, view equalization status, modify setting parameters, and other operations.

It can be applied in the battery pack of small sightseeing vehicles, commuting vehicles, shared cars, high-power energy storage, base station backup power, solar power stations and other products, and can also be used for battery balancing maintenance, repair and other occasions.

Wiring Diagram

The use of battery power or DC adapter power supply, its wiring method is the same, only the following two differences:
1 Battery power supply support 4S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±3mV;
2 DC adapter power supply support 2S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±1mV. The following figure shows how to install and connect the 24S battery pack:

EK-24S10EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The following uses the 36S as an example to describe how to install and connect cables:

Notice:
1.When used in cascade, there is at least one "energy exchange commonend" between every two equalizers. When welding, please note whetherthe connection here is correct.

2.During cascading use, please check whether the wiring is wrongrepeatedly.lf it cannot be used after connection, please contactafter-sales personnel to consult the corresponding cascade diagram.
